Businesses simply preload a package of visit credits for their employees to use whenever they need care, helping reduce downtime, prevent injuries, and keep teams feeling their best.

How Does the Plan Work?

Each package functions like a prepaid wellness credit bank that covers:
New Patient Visit: $100 per employee
​Follow-Up Visit: $55 per employee
Employers can choose to cover 50% or 100% of the cost
​**This is NOT for workers comp cases**

FAQ

Do the funds expire?
No. Credits never expire and can be used at any time throughout the year.

What’s included in each visit?
Each visit covers a full chiropractic session tailored to the employee’s condition, including exam, adjustment, and any necessary therapies performed in-office.

How do employees schedule appointments?
Employees simply use our online booking link or QR code. They can self-schedule without needing management involved.
How will I know when the balance is low?
You’ll receive an email when your prepaid credits reach a low threshold so you can reload before your team runs out.

Can businesses of any type join?
Yes! The plan works for any workplace—restaurants, retail, trades, service providers, office teams, and more.

Do employees have to come during working hours?
Not at all. Weekend and extended hours let employees come before or after work.

Is this plan eligible as a business expense?
Most businesses can write off employee wellness care as a business expense. Always confirm with your accountant.
