History & Physical Exam

We discuss your symptoms, goals, and past injuries to personalize your care. A focused exam identifies the source of your discomfort. This may include movement test, joint & muscle assessments, and orthopedic testing. 

Treatment

We provide same-day treatment as long as there are no contraindications to care. This can include: adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and strengthening exercises.  

Care Plan

Before you leave, we review what we found and outline a simple plan that helps you reach your goals, including exercises and self-care that you can start immediately.

Cancellation Policy:
Patients are required to give 24-hours notice prior to their appointment time if they will not be able to attend.  Less than 24-hours notice the patient will be charge 50% of the service fee for the first time, any additional cancelations will be charged 100% of the service fee.  

FAQ

Do you accept insurance?
No, we strive to provide our patients with the highest quality of care with affordable out-of-pocket pricing. We can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance. We DO ACCEPT HSA/FSA cards. 
(We do NOT accept MEDICARE)
Do you accept walk-ins or should I make an appointment?
Please make an appointment so that the doctor has adequate time to help address your needs. 
Do you provide treatment on the first visit?
Yes, as long as the patient does not have any contraindications to care we can provide same day treatment.
Do you take x-rays?
Based on history and examination of the patient, the doctor may require the patient get imaging prior to care. Patients are referred out to an independent imaging center. 
Do you treat infants and toddlers?
Yes, we see pediatric patients. Children often respond to care quickly when faced with a musculoskeletal issue. 
How should I prepare for my visit?
Complete all of the online intake forms, bring along any pertinent medical documents and please dress comfortably. ​
